- The sessions are live online and have a duration of half an hour + ten minutes for questions.
- They include short lectures on stress regulation, breathing and its impact on the physiology, mindset and emotional well-being.
- The core of the session is very practical with exercises that bring awareness about the most common negative breathing habits, and instructions on how to correct them, to feel uplifted, revitalized, healthier, reduce burnout risk, increase focus and creativity. All of them easy to implement in daily life.
- Every session finishes with a breathing meditative practice designed to reduce stress, become more present-clear minded and gain vitality.
- The lectures might include visual aids and handouts. After the sessions participants receive recorded exercises to continue their practice in the their daily life.
- All the sessions can be given in English, Spanish or French.

ABOUT RAKEL SOSA
Author and Stress Prevention Specialist.
Rakel Sosa is a Certified Stress Management Coach specialized in Breathwork, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Autogenic Training and has also a certification on Relaxation for Children from the Ahab Akademie in Berlin Germany. She has been practicing meditation and Rajadhiraja Yoga since 1995 . She has been working in private, group and company sessions in Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, United States and Venezuela since 2010.
Rakel earned a master’s degree in Communication from The Sorbonne University in Paris. She worked as a journalist for 11 years for Radio France International covering conflict zones, social and political issues around the world so she knows the many faces of stress. Today she collaborates with Huffington Post and other international journals and magazines, and has a YouTube channel for stress reduction with more than 1M views. She is the co-author of Blooming Together, an Audio Pregnancy Program designed to enhance the wellbeing of babies and expectant mothers. Rakel is entirely dedicated to using all her skills and time to promoting well-being.

And yes, I confess, I have been stressed to hell. Multiplied by 100...
Not so long ago my life was a stressful roller coaster...I was working as a journalist for a radio organization in Paris, reporting from conflict zones including The Gaza Strip. I often felt in danger. The stress accumulated from interviewing those suffering. As a journalist, I seemed to constantly be in a hurry, racing against the clock. I was an adrenaline junky.
Ten years into the job I got married and pregnant. In the second month of pregnancy I was diagnosed with a painful fibroid that according to the doctor was supposed to grow as big as the size of the baby, keep me in bed the whole pregnancy and impose a cesarian. But I took the decision to turn things around and using all the breathing and meditations techniques that I had learned in my youth I created a system that not only helped me have a healthy normal pregnancy but also a natural birth. The doctor was quite impressed. Me too. I realised how huge was the power of our mindset, and of our body to restore itself. And how key breathing is in the process and how essential it is to develop solid breathing skills.
I invested time on learning the science and art of relaxing and invigorating the body, bringing clarity to the mind and balancing emotions through breathwork. I felt the need to share with you my findings, so you can have the life that you deserve. That's what moves my work.
